Inspection, maintenance and certification

The importance of good and safe materials needs no emphasis.

Safety begins with you. Make sure your material is always complete, clean, dry and in good condition. Create a good habit of checking it before and after every use.

All fall arrest equipment must be inspected yearly and using an approved product is a must.

Inspections are a day-to-day activity for Hütter. During inspections we check the material according to a series of criteria like; performance, wear, completeness, hardening due to lifespan, visibility of serial numbers etc. If the material is in compliance, an inspection certificate is given. If not, the product will be clearly marked and sent back with notification of the reason for rejection.

One month before due time we will remind you to send your fall arrest equipment for the yearly inspection. Large quantities of fall arrest equipment can be inspected on location. Inspection of safety harnesses, life lines, and fall arrest blocks of different brands is also offered.

The inspection of installed roof safety systems is carried out by our certified technical engineers. Installed roof safety systems include line systems, roof anchors, cage ladders, fencing and a wide range of other equipment.
 

If you appreciate the certainty of a yearly check of your equipment, it is possible to enter into a service contract. It will save you a lot of trouble.
