The 15-meter block comes with a galvanized steel cable with a diameter of 4.5 mm and is approved for horizontal use.<\/p>\n

USE AND PRECAUTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A fall arrest block is personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls and is designed for use by one person. The fall arrest block should preferably be attached above the user to an approved anchor point or a suitable structure.<\/p>\n

In the event of a sudden movement or beginning fall, the fall arrest block locks immediately, preventing the fall. The spring in the drum allows the cable to pay out the required length, remains lightly tensioned, and retracts again. The required length determines the choice of fall arrest block (see available models).<\/p>\n

Fall arrest blocks must be inspected annually and repaired or replaced if necessary. The price level of these H\u00fctter fall arrest blocks is very competitive. With intensive use, it is more economical to replace used fall arrest blocks than to have them inspected, calibrated, or repaired.<\/p>\n
