The tension keeps the cable taut. The Intermediate is required approximately every 7 meters. It ensures the safety of the ladder user and prevents the cable from hitting the ladder due to wind or usage.

Scope Intermediate 90º
Due to the design, the shuttle can easily travel uninterrupted over the Intermediate to make the 90˚ degree turn, without the user needing to disconnect the shuttle. During installation, the cable is passed through the tube of the 90˚ degree bend to the next straight, 45˚, or 90˚ Intermediate. A boomerang base with two endpoints can also create a 90˚ degree angle if desired.
