This line clamp is specifically designed for an 8 mm steel cable for the Scope Vertical cable system.
The Scope cable line clamp is placed or removed from the cable with a quarter-turn motion. The arrow on the line clamp clearly indicates the top. As the user climbs the ladder, the line clamp is automatically moved up or down via the short line attached between the line clamp and the user’s harness. In the event of a fall, the handle of the line clamp is pressed downward, immediately stopping the fall. The cable line clamp can be easily carried as climbing equipment by the user.

Due to the design, the shuttle can easily travel uninterrupted over the Intermediate to make the 90˚ degree turn, without the user needing to disconnect the shuttle. During installation, the cable is passed through the tube of the 90˚ degree bend to the next straight, 45˚, or 90˚ Intermediate. A boomerang base with two endpoints can also create a 90˚ degree angle if desired.
